Community Health Centre in East Vancouver. http://www.reachcentre.bc.ca We are a community health centre located in East Vancouver that provides medical, dental, and multicultural services addressing the social determinants of health to the residents of the Grandview-Woodland Area.
Please note that our different departments (dental, MFC) have different hours and those posted here are for the medical clinic only. Update description
